On April 24, 2007 several leadership positions within Kitty Hawk, Inc. were changed. Terry Maxon from the Dallas Morning News reports that President and CEO Robert W. Zoller will retire, but remain on the Board of Directors as a Consultant. The article also goes on to say that four of the seven current board members have resigned. The article is clear to the point and uses similar language that is found in the company press release.

The website for Kitty Hawk, Inc. issued a press release on April 25, 2007 regarding what it calls a "leadership transition plan." The organization fills in some gaps that the article leaves, but does leave one wondering why most of the board members resigned. Also, the organization provides information about where the company is going in the future. The article only introduces the new board members.
